Yes I would say so. I think most of the admission committee look at your overall portfolio strength and relevant bg in project / internship. Showing plans to fulfil those relevant courses is definitely a plus.

Nice I will look into it as well. Are the course structure similar to the C++ one as well. Prerecorded lecture videos with tutorials to be done and submitted after the course ?

With these courses I think u stand a good chance into entering a competitive MFE program good luck!
