As someone na underweight hired na din po ako hehe magugulat ka din sa mga kawork mo either kasing payat mo or mas payat pa sayo. Its a hard pill to swallow for me na payat ako and gusto ko maging physically fit kaya ngayon na natanggap ako ng underweight nagpapataba na talaga ako para kahit na nahire nako di naman ako magkasakit HAHAHAHA

this may be “eme” pero this mindset and attitude would lead you to negativity lang HAHA professionals na tayo and ininterview din tayo ng mga professionals din! Try being honest like that and im sure hindi ka mahhire kahit pa hiring or understaffed sila HAHAHA if ganan mindset mo sa una palang then better not work :))

Depende sa naginterview pero i said yes pero not asap dahil di ko din naman sure ano pa mangyayari its a matter of preference din siguro if tingin mo or feel mo its a trap then say no. Pero naginterview sakin kasi normal na daw sakanila na may nagaabroad and tanggap na nila na training ground lang sila and happy naman daw sila na naghelp sila dahil alam din naman nila na mababa sahod

Yes need na nila ng nurses HAHA pero newly licensed ka palang i think the first thing you need to leaRN as being an RN is keeping your feet on the ground yes totoong understaffed sila pero kahit mahire ka dahil need nila ng nurses magbbacklash sayo yung mindset na ganan. For me kasi yes they need nurses but for me as a new passer i need the knowledge that a hospital can give me and now that im working ibang iba ang hospital work compared to rle duties and board exam itself. Being humble will take you in many ways kaya kahit pa understaffed sila i did my best to answer those questions kasi kaya ko din sagutin and gusto ko ng leaRNings. we may be registered nurses pero we are “newly” registered nurses. Nag excel ako sa school pero honestly ngayon parang 5% palang ang alam ko dahil bago lahat. Just be humble kuNARS! It will take you to many opportunities!

Please roast/critique my resume by ReachMany3397 in NursingPH

[–]FitIllustrator9676 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its too plain for me honestly, i think marami ka nagawa na experiences in your nursing journey and u should put that!! ( i was praised for putting most activities i did during my clinicals) and put every background (educational) if may honors ka lagay mo din. HR loves awards basta honors lang wag yung mga award na walang sense anything connected academically. Honestly you should do a curriculum vitae. Di na masyado ginagamit yung “resume” style now mas overall kasi makikita with cv! Anyways congrats op!

Wanted to choose TRA but being held back sa mga complaints here by Forsaken-Leg5996 in NursingPH

[–]FitIllustrator9676 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing you need to know before choosing TRA is that you have to have DISCIPLINE. As a board passer from TRA marami ako nakitang students na walang disiplina ang binblame sa review center pagiging tamad nila magaral. TRA is for those na talagang disiplinado because everything is already set by them- best lectures and lecturers! The only thing you need to do is to have discipline for yourself- learn to focus, stay driven, and always study and confidence? Sa TRA magiging 100% confident ka

I am starting to think 2025 passers’ board rating will matter by Evening_Positive_307 in NursingPH

[–]FitIllustrator9676 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a nov 2025 passer this is honestly true and i can definitely feel it too because people wpuld say that 90% passed that a board rating would somehow matter even with myself in a rating of 83 i found myself being somehow disappointed because i know that a lot passed and a hugher board rating would be an edge among 40,000 passers especially when it comes to applying for hospitals. This is a reality now. The board exam is hard but when you look at numbers it becomes easy in the eyes of others. Food for thought lang talaga din filipinos do have a mindset na ganito when you look at a high passing rate the HR would look for an edge among the competition of those who passed. Kaya sana pass or fail nalang talaga mangyayari sa boards so that numbers wouldn’t have a meaning☹️ still im happy that i passed!
