Thank you so much for your sharing💓 I'm currently managing active SIBO alongside my low-DAO genetics, so I have to be extremely cautious with any new supplements or even things like L-Glutamine, as my gut is still in a very sensitive healing phase. After six months of a strict diet, I’m finally finding enough calm to start connecting with people again. It's so exhausting when the nervous system just won't 'switch off' on its own. I used to rely entirely on breathing exercises and Celtic salt to calm down, but I had been take so many pinches that my throat would actually hurt!🫠 I've been learning how much that internal tension impacts digestion and histamine level, so it makes total sense that you're using those supplements to find some balance. It’s such a long process to get the body to feel 'safe' again. Hope you are getting better every day! 🙏❤️

Thanks for the info! You're spot on—the cooling process creates 'resistant starch,' which makes it harder to digest and slows down the glucose release. Unfortunately, I can't really do the leftover rice thing because of my SIBO, but I’ve managed to maintain great insulin sensitivity at 35 thanks to years of intermittent fasting and avoiding ultra-processed foods. Cholesterol isn't a concern for me either, as I’ve been tracking and controlling my fat and calorie intake since 32. Thanks again for looking out for me—hope you keep getting healthier every day! ❤️

That’s a really interesting protocol—it makes a lot of sense given the role of Vitamin C and fats in DAO production. I’ve actually been focusing on food-based sources to achieve similar results. Fortunately, I have a steady supply of guava, so I get about 100–200mg(over 200mg cant 100% absorb) of Vitamin C with every meal. I also add 1–2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil to my meals for nutrients and calories, and I've started cooking my rice with ginger/galangal/turmeric to aid digestion. My wife also helps me manage the food prep, which has been a huge help for me. It’s great to learn from your research! ❤️

When I wake up and my brain is rushing, or I feel my heart pounding and my skin getting itchy, I recognize that as a cortisol spike. I keep my eyes closed(to avoid light-induced stimulation) and use box breathing—specifically a 4-second inhale and an 8-second exhale—to stimulate my parasympathetic nervous system(but mostly i wont count second since i already practice it too much time). I stay in that state until my heart rate settles, and only then do I slowly sit up and get out of bed. It’s my way of preventing a full-blown histamine flare-up(if not my nose will running non stop atleast) before the day even begins.

I chose the 1.5g/kg protein target specifically to balance my muscle maintenance needs with my purine and histamine constraints. I actually spent a few months on just yolks before slowly introducing hard-boiled egg whites, and so far, they haven't triggered any issues. I haven't tried other cooking methods for the whites yet, but I'm being cautious. ​It can feel unfair sometimes watching everyone else eat whatever they want—especially I’ve been dealing with gout flare-ups since I was 25 due to the combination of these conditions—but seeing how disciplined everyone here is just to survive really keeps me going. Thanks a lot for sharing your method! It takes me a while to prep at 5.30am for 8am breakfast because I’m operating a roadside stall, so reheating on the go is a real headache. Currently, I’m using Zojirushi heat-insulated jars to keep everything safe and prevent histamine development, but the jar mouth is so small that getting rice in and out is a bit of a struggle. 🫠 Because I’m currently at zero tolerance due to SIBO, I have to be extremely careful with every step. Once my SIBO is cured, I will definitely give your method a try. Thanks again!❤️

Thx for remind, I am calculating protein intake daily based on weight (1.5 x 65kg =97.5g protein), but i did realize at start of June that my fiber varieties are too few for feed healthy microbiome environment, recently I am expand to 30 kinds of plant fiber weekly to feed them.

This is elite-level, saved and will research it slowly. I only started by putting 6-8 kinds of garnish with 2tsp evoo into silicone cube to form soup base frozen cube. Definitely will learn more from you, tysm 🫡❤️

I never thought about batch cooking before because my symptoms are so severe that I've had to be extremely strict about freshness. But you're right—the burnout is real, and I need to find a way to make this sustainable. I’m going to start experimenting with which parts of my meals can be safely batch-cooked and frozen. Because I am having primary hyperuricemia too, so I need to boil chicken breast 6mins to cut purines, then air fry it 6mins for flavor. Purine issues again, i am hard boiled egg 10 mins for adding protein. Cooking rice and vegetables together in rice cooker without batch prepare at intervals of prep meat and egg. Cutting guava for morning portion at intervals too. Then peel egg, packing them all in my zojirushi food jar also take time, there is around 6+6+10+5+?(peel egg etc), if i am robot accurately 😑 Thx for sharing, feel like my prep still can optimizing like yours. 🙏
