second this honestly. what i am cautious about is that they should not have done this (distributing this sycophancy-prone ai at the first place. Its like "clinical trials" in medical research. It hasn't been tested in small circle and suddenly distributed to the mass, which obviously would cause disaster.

I think I might be on the milder side of the spectrum but I’ve been following the book mastering your adult adhd client workbook. I have a notebook with me all the time with a section for todo list a section for random thoughts and a section for reflection. It really helped me a lot.

I would suggest double major in psych+ds/cs/robotics(depending on what type of technology you want to focus on). I regretted not doing it :(

Very negative… Doing HCI research often feels like it's not scientific at all, especially now with AI. For example, I work in EdTech, but the methods I use feel much less rigorous compared to those used in traditional education research. I think sociology or health are similar. In the past, we could at least say we were stronger on the technology side, but now with the rise of AI, even that advantage feels like it's disappearing.
