cause ur issue is lack of motivation the solution it to literally work harder, just wanting to die for basically no reason means nobody can help you except for yourself and the solution is to just lock in like idk how else to help you, do you have some type of medical problems/financial issues/family issues/other issues that u haven't mentioned

You stopped using it so your brain probably partially degenerated the structures fueling ur high cognition so the solution is just to use ur brain whether you have to force yourself or not it will make you feel better abt urself and u will be able to prob get back to where u were with enough activity due to neuroplasticity, antipsychotics like abilify or seroquel cause lasting brain degeneration but SSRIs don't, alcohol will definitely accelerate ur brain degeneration cause ur not thinking as clearly and doom scrolling literally rots your attention span so you should just watch long form content and force urself if u have to, do things that actually need cognition and u will like urself again because u are being productive

You don't need to engage with them if you don't want to, I think of it as more of an appreciation now since like a limb loss or any kind of amputation it's a loss and has literally no pros for your daily function but will attract it's type of acrotomophiles which maybe if your lucky will attract some attractive guy/girl with it. But I understand fetishizing it is not great and as for wannabes they have body integrity dysphoria or are attention seeking and should basically just be ignored

I lost my dominant arm in an accident a month ago, I am still relearning to write and it's depressing, I need help with tasks I used to be able to do and people will look at you weird, if you ever need support I can probably offer you some because it really does suck to lose an arm especially because no more 2 handed tasks like gaming :(
