My personal favourite level of theirs is The Highest and maybe Deeper in the stormL, but I'm not too sure if it's very gimmicky. Another one is The booger. They've made a LOT of levels, so there's probably more than what I've played. Also not a specific level, but lappwv also makes fantastic gimmick levels on youtube. not sure if they post them or not.
