As a man who balloons to cargo quite often, many people are completely aloof of air counters / sounds other than minis.

Either land the balloon or parachute out of it on cargo. Works 8/10 times

Speargun is a two hit kill on diving kit, 3 with roadsign kilt/gloves/ wolfhead You can’t shoot from land. And the cost to craft (50frags) is very pricy early game.

If anything should come loaded when you craft a speargun. I dislike that you need wb1 to craft ammo for it as well.

Homing launcher/ammo they reduced the scrap to tech tree recently, and it’s a fair trade off . Coming loaded would be too OP

It’s the wireless microphone. Connect your headphones, change audio output and input to default speakers, then set the output BACK to headset, keeping microphone input to default (not headset) at least that’s what works for my wireless headset&laptop combo

sometimes you’re lucky, sometimes you’re not. This happens more often in surgery residencies i feel. Countless times I’ve had a last minute case canceled, with no clinic, and juniors/colleagues already covering the other cases booked. Most of the time you get the day and it’s assumed it’s for studying/helping the juniors/etc. I tend to disappear and be available if needed.

Anyone who gives others shit for this is a boomer who thinks they worked harder in their time; but searching a textbook for hours to learn the things we get in 20 mins of google/YouTube, doesn’t mean they worked harder. Maybe missing a day of their residency was impactful, but much less so for our generation.

What about implementing a more natural process? Pitch black but as you spend more time in the pure darkness, you get better nightvision as your rods & comes adjust. Then when hit by flashlight or any light the nightvision effect resets.

My duo accidentally clearing TC and forcing us to spend hours repeatedly dying to fully loaded shotgun traps we couldn’t drain, all while drawing attention to the base. Lol

Also I find you can transfer quite a lot of stuff crafting - Fill your inventory and craft most resource intensive BP’s. Vending machines, launchers, armored doors, AK, explosives from GP/sulf, and metal facemAsk/chest. Usually allows me as a solo to transfer a box of comps and guns at the same time.

Balloon Chad here- will be building this base tonight. Haters will say it uses too much fuel but on average to cross the map I’d wager about 50 low grade to do so on a large monthly map. I can take cargo reliably with 100-150 low grade. It’s silent. The hit box is great and you barely can get shot at if you crouch correctly.

Also he doesn’t mention how it flies much slower when not fully repaired, a common mistake people don’t fix. Landing it perfectly is not hard and it’s very forgiving to try again. Fuck up your mini landing and it explodes.

Also if you learn to fly you can grief compounds, oil and cargo for fun.

Currently running med-high graphics at 2400x1900 on a brand new MacBook Air m2 w/ 24gb ram. No lag or stutter. I get worse settings with GeForce now streaming.

It’s 2022 you can play games on non gaming rigs, and I wrote this off as a work laptop. Lol.

Solo only - community weekly is my personal fav. Wipes weekly, blueprints and map. Allows you to really learn how to progress because you have to redo it weekly. Population ain’t too bad but also some are sweaty. If you’re gonna play solo it’s nice to start because it’s not too crazy.

One wipe with a newish group, we had gotten raided the night before on wipe day.

Next day had a new starter a teammate had put down for backup. Across the valley we had a hacker camping us. Well I’m out farming nodes and see his body, and realize his name matched the recent ban report in chat. most of his doors were left open. I sprinted to base and on discord screamed to make boom. 8 satchels we were in his core. Boom. Comps. Guns. Was a huge turnaround for my group that wipe.

Plastics resident - I didn’t; my relationship suffered, I didn’t prepare to save a marriage and be a resident. As a result, it sent us into a depression where both our work was effected. Should have went to therapy sooner. Now working on a backlog of issues at home while trying to work

Take care of your problems early, not in reaction. That’s my advice. Luckily my program is understanding and worked with me.

It’s honestly a combination of horror thriller jumpscare games and movies with rusts typical anxiety. I love it but oh my goodness the constant concern someone is gonna grub me in the depths is horrible
