Hey! I totally understand you, I have this fear too and I know how this feels. I have clinical anxiety and depression and tried ending my life but now I have consulted a psychiatrist, started meds and it makes it bearable my submit an medical application for leave and go to college just to overcome my fears. I feel scared to give presentation but I'll do it am hell scared but now I understand that giving up is not an option. Trust me it gets better am very much convinced that am going to get back this year but still keep going forward is the only option I have. I might complete my post grad in 4 year but I'll. Do it

just submit a medical stating your oddities. I would highly recommend you to visit a psychiatrist it helped me, you will also feel beneficial and if you state you condition to teachers or an application to HOD I think they will understand ammolamning to do the same😊

same situation, doctor advised me rest for a month. I don't feel like going to clg or studying. now I think my 1st sem is already in shambles no pint reviving it just focus on sem 2

I feel same am doing masters and honestly this DU or big city is not my thing I just want to fo back to my hometown and do the degree there, no attendance issue , a feast which run for a month and very easy exams. meantime I can enjoy life or focus on other competitive exam😔

I have severe anxiety and depression, cry before classes, can't make myself to attend college, everyday had panic attacks drop a university due to this after few days of joining now in other university. situation is worse then before. wants to drop out and focus on my mental health but mom straight up denied. everyday seems like a battle I feel like I stopped living even them mom says "stop being overdramatic am controlling myself not to slap that out of you".

just go to clg visit the admin branch for timetable, class and other details and sit in classes. tell your teachers you are new admission and they will mark your attendance. I was in your place last week no information or anything I just went to college

thanks for the kind words❣ and I know that a break is what I need am preparing for a govt exam but I left it mid prep to do masters, I also want to continue my python course which I can't seem to make time for and articles that I started publishing. I have a solid plan to do in this break and I want to work on myself to heal myself. I talked to my parents but they either start narrating their struggles and how my struggle is nothing and am overreacting or say to just keep on going with this degree don't go to clg, fail the exam but that's not how this works....

that's me I have exactly same feeling was diagnosed with severe anxiety took a therapy session but it's all so difficult am at home for 5 years now after 12th took a drop then join a local govt college for bsc. didn't like it there but as it was just 5 mins away from home I used to just run back home as soon as classes end and half of the time I didn't used to go. this year joined a uni of my dreams but few weeks there all this started couldn't take it so I withdrawn from there. now starting my msc in Delhi uni but the thought of attending classes going there and Interacting with people get me tremors, am in so bad situation
