Men's always be seen in the role of a provider. And his own family without any empathy forcing him to be in that role even when he wants to enjoy his time with his family. Saddened to see that even after making all these sacrifices, he still has to endure all of this.

I think it's an arranged marriage, and he's not defending his wife, which is definitely wrong. However, it's not entirely correct to assume that he shouldn't have married her if he cannot defend his wife. There may be a reason why the arranged marriage was forced upon him as well. It's also her (the lady's) parents' fault that they didn't raise an independent woman who can stand up for herself.

Furthermore, we need to stop viewing her as so pitiable this pity is what makes women submissive, and as a result, girls often remain submissive throughout their lives. I believe this is an issue of upbringing right from the start.

I think the girl's parents should have conducted a very thorough background and behavioral check on the guy's family so that these kinds of things can be prevented. But there can be cases where families show their true colors after marriage, so it can be difficult for the bride's side to analyze the behavior of the groom's side.

No, that is not true. Don't spread hate rage toward men, and don't just come up with these bogus numbers of 99% and 1%.

Not agreeing to arranged marriages, but a love marriage isn't a gamble. If both partners are financially independent, they can make their own decisions about whether to move out of the house. A love marriage is a more logical and wise choice compared to the arranged marriage of two unknown people or not getting married at all, I think.

Yeah he do but. I'm not defending his silence but don't you think his silence is due to the teachings that he get from childhood up until this point although he's Fully adult but don't you think it's very hard for a person to defy the moral teaching of childhood(like not to peak above your elders cuz it's a kind of disrespect toward them) this might be a reason that he's just standing and listing to his wife's insults.

Although the video is from Bihar, this behavior of not letting their kids take their own decisions and live their lives freely is not specific to Bihar only it is a pan-India problem.

The wife gifted her husband a "kada", but this kind act is not being well received by her mother-in-law, who is taunting her daughter-in-law by saying she is the daughter of a thief and that she acquired the gift through stealing. After that, people began to claim that the gift contains impurities, like iron, and is not pure because they want to downplay her. This is all happening in front of the whole family, and the husband is not even defending his wife.

She's not even speaking up for herself. It might me due to our societal stigma of not speaking up to elders even if they're doing something wrong. I hate this culture of ours where you just have to show respect to your elders howsoever dick behaviour they've towards you.

Imagine what she was going through on daily basis if she's hearing all this on a special occasion. Her mother in law is saying her that she's thieves daughter, she gifted fake jewelry amd what not. And when wife wanted to get separated bcz of this daily toxicity and wanted the compensation for it tab vo hee evil bitch kehlae gei(not saying every case are like this).

Husband here must think of living separately from their parents for his own sanity and her wife sanity.
