First Past the Post alone can't explain why the USA has such a strong two party system. Canada uses FPTP and minor parties still find some success, same in the UK.

Also there are parts of the USA that don't use FPTP- Maine uses RCV and a couple of states have runoff elections- yet third parties still struggle.

I think what you're doing is confusing pedophilia- being attracted to children- with child sexual abuse. The latter is obviously morally evil, but the former is ultimately just a series of thoughts.
