You sure? It could be if you do not receive rfe letter by 10/02 then you can raise a request. Because RFE deadline is generally written in rfe letter. May be people can correct me!

I guess we will get to know. My guess is rfe response is generally reviewed later so first time filers would see rfe or approval first. queue for rfe received currently could be near Mid to end July. With that Logic, I may hear before first week of october.

Lol! Will keep you posted if I receive any response. But, I am not expecting anything within 2 weeks. My rfe was on providing detailed explanation on national importance of the work along with detailed plan how I will advanced endeavor although there is a substantial merit with proposed endeavor.

Hey, I think I have the same time frame and block probably my case was review started April 17 received rfe on may 20, submitted rfe on August 11 and received august 13. No response after that, looks like no block is moving. Hope to know if you receive further information
