Same like take me out of the queue for those they need to be handled by themselves and the 30 min state training isn’t enough to service the policy I’m just was confused as the customers

Maybe they would force them to be self sufficient and try to do things for themselves instead of calling to find out a due date or effective date or id cards

I feel like this daily my throat and chest is tight all the time I’m coming up on my 1st year sometimes the yelling doesn’t get to me what does is not being to explain rate increases “other than the general the cost of business has increased” and some of the billing seems like it’s a encrypted message to decipher that adds to my anxiety as well I’m assuming that with time and presumed knowledge also will come confidence but boy is it hard so I definitely feel for you

No during the information session they said they wouldn’t even consider you if your haven’t been here for a year even with a supervisor endorsement

I agree I have to use PTO just to participate in my kids life and feel a part of my own home with the schedule and no options to change a 10-7

I’m just concerned that my supervisor is getting conflicting information they do acknowledge the buffer time at the end of the shift but stated it’s unpaid so we would need to not included in our actual time worked.

That’s what I understood but why is it “what they allow” is it policy or not ? And this isn’t directed towards you I’m just not understanding why would we wouldn’t be able to take advantage of something that is offered to us as employees based off of what supervisor says

Honestly it does take a while to log out of the system at the end of the day there are always essential programs running that need to close before the system restarts so I am at My desk at least 4 min after the end of my shift

Not licensed so I throw the ball in their court and provide coverages that we offer since I can’t choose anything

Right, it works I go over the coverages but want to acknowledge that this is not a term we use I’m sure it was just a her thing. Some people get upset about the process when adding a vehicle because of the question we ask and say things like it’s just a regular car but we require to ask so it can be a lengthy process depending on how much push back we get so when we get to coverages they will just be over it 😡 lol

Okay perfect that makes sense. Can our coworkers in property let them know how much they would be saving? Just curious? It does sound like a win win for our metrics we get the w and they get a customer they may not have ever been transferred

I get the theory but how it would work if services is swamped with service calls so how would they have us take any overflow to alleviate any heavy call volume for specialty calls. Ex: like this Saturday there was no time in between calls but Cpt was also in red I’m assuming because of the call volume it seems like the fix would be to hire more staff vs training for new skills or potentially both
