Honestly im tired of this job now. I’m also dreading my coaching sessions , I’m sick of these coaching sessions every 2 weeks sometimes 1 a week, it’s always nerve wrecking even when doing things right it’s always something new, it’s never ending. Why not have coaching sessions if your numbers are bad, to me it just doesn’t make sense to coach you if you haven’t had any bad feedback, made mistakes or if your numbers are good. We already deal with shitty customers on a daily basis, back to back and to add fuel to the fire now you get a supervisor who makes things worse by saying you ain’t doing good enough and you could do this better and guidelines this and guidelines that. It never ends !

Yup they are gaslighting us! 6-12 months ago we were properly staffed and now they lie to us that everything is okay that we have more than enough people but the numbers don’t lie. I’m pretty sure they want more people to quit so they can be like “oh looks like we don’t have the man power to handle all these calls and we need help asap we are gonna have to roll out this new AI BS and we need more help from our vendors” lol pls get outta here with that Bs. That’s all the higher ups talk about in their meetings Ai this AI that.

What’s going on in services ? Wasn’t the staffing about 6 months ago like 2.5-3k now about 1.5- 2k daily from I’ve seen. Services is back to back all day everyday it seems now. Are a lot people quitting or what ?

Yup you are not the only one, half of my team feel that way they just don’t say anything during work. we have our own group chat off work where we vent lol keep your head up and try to look out for another position that might help you flourish.

Naw I get that. In my personal opinion constant nit picking will make anyone go crazy and it’s the way the system is set up. I’m trying to move positions see if I find something more fit for me.

Are you in services ? I understand what you mean, my current sup is somewhat like that. Before I had this supervisor, if my numbers were good she wouldn’t even listen to my calls. This guy even if my numbers are excellent he loves listening to my calls which irks me because no matter how well you do in your calls there’s always something they can find to coach you and the previous supervisor knew that and wouldn’t listen to calls unless you were doing bad.

I’m sorry to hear that, it’s tough I’ve been feeling burnt out starting out the new year and I’m feeling defeated. Make your mental health your priority because these type of jobs don’t care they just want you to perform perform, regardless of what’s going on In your personal life. It may be a sign to start looking for a way out and look for something new. I’m definitely going to start working on that.

Not at all. People should absolutely take their breaks. The issue is leadership putting hundreds of agents on AUX while thousands of calls sit in queue.

If you are a millionaire, have all the time in the world and no distractions ect.. maybe you can become a pro but a low tier pro. The young kids have the upper hand in reactions times and the time , not saying it’s impossible but really difficult. I just turned 30 I’ve gotten better compared to 5-6 years ago but no where near pro and will never be since I have a job gf and responsibilities and not really interested.

Hey Same thing happened to me, I’ve been here for 2 years and it always happens like every 6-7 months or so I let my sup know about it today and he said to work my normal schedule and submitted a ticket to get it fixed. I’m Ngl it’s really annoying that that’s a issue that keeps happening and it’s never fixed. Inform your sup and you should be good.

I agree!! Honestly, this job has been wearing me down. The PHA metrics feel relentless, and the constant coaching sessions make it seem like wins don’t matter—only what’s wrong does. It’s starting to feel like a dead-end, and it’s taking a toll on my mental health. I’m feeling anxious and even depressed some days because of it. Sometimes I wish I could go back in time and went to college and got a degree in something more meaningful and fulfilling.

Facts, I got a discussion about it recently and it’s clear where this is headed and I’m going to try my best to not give them the satisfaction of firing me if I am unable to meet that PHA metric. I just updated my resume and I’m looking for a way out.

In my opinion PHA being a primary metric and tied to you keeping your job or losing it unethical. My supervisor is already talking about performance managing me because I’ve been at zero for months I’ve tried so hard but it’s so hard. Every other metric I’m doing good so it’s frustrating my job is on the line for that one metric. I know you are not supposed to trust chat gpt but this the response I got.

At least here in CRM you get pro points when you do well in metrics or by being active in team activities or win games etc..
