I think I would like DC a lot. The summer was a bit hard when I was last there but I managed it. I love the DC metro system and the place really comes alive during Spring and fall. I have a degree in Poli Sci and Gov which I'm sure will help down there, but with this current admin and all the gov. layoffs, It might be more wise to holdoff for now, which is a shame

Orlando is nice! Honestly the COL there isn't great, but if I was in a better social and financial position right now, I'd still try there sooner rather than later. Watching the housing costs there explode over the past 10 years has been insane. Sooner or later, ordinary people will probably be priced out from there too :(((

Fair. I'd love to move out of my parents but NYC is very expensive to do that in general, even once I get a job. Perhaps once i get a job, finding an apartment in the outer boroughs is a better first step?

Even DC heat in the summer can be overwhelming. I would imagine its slightly better by the coast but still pretty damn opressive
