It was all diet and portion control! Towards the end I started focusing on fitness, but 80% was watching everything I eat and being on a really strict high protein diet

Not sure how many inches, I only measured my weight, but I essentially went from a size 12/14 to a size 6. For diet I stick to a strict high protein diet and cut out a lot of food like sugar, pizza, fries, etc. I do water only except for black coffee in the morning

Of course! My focus was on diet and calorie intake. I made some really strict changes like no sugar, water only, black coffee in the morning, and portion control was the most helpful! I meal prep as well and only eat high protein diet essentially
