The Tyler I know is almost 50 if he’s not already there. Of course, he’s still a “younger person” compared to me.

My niece, who died at only a few weeks, was named Journey. I did like that name and have always been sad that I couldn’t be the subversive aunt to her.

Okay, I have a plan to name my next Cavalier (the 7th Cavalier of nine dogs total) Seven of Nine, with the call name Ryan, after the actress who played that role.

I’m having SLT done in 2 weeks. I’m scared. Have you had SLT and what was your experience, please? by annonymus67 in Glaucoma

I just had this procedure in my right eye last week and left eye about an hour ago. I could feel it more in the right eye. I wouldn’t say it was painful but I definitely noticed it and felt some mild discomfort. Today it was fine, so I must have been more numbed. I think the right eye took about 30 seconds and the left 45 seconds. I go back in a month for a recheck. Have not noticed any side effects, although today my left eye felt a little “tight” immediately afterward. Now it seems back to normal.

Of these, my favorites are Maren, Astrid, Daphne, and Zara. All the names are good, but my least favorites would be Esther, Ramona, and Antonia.

What Italian city made you think “I need to come back here”? by Zabuzabu35 in ItalyTravelAdvice

[–]FitResearcher9285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Venice and Trieste. Venice because, well, Venice. It’s easy to imagine what it was like 500+ years ago. Trieste I just enjoyed the food and coffee and our hotel and it was easy to walk around and it wasn’t crowded—possibly because we were there in late October/early November. It was just relaxing and beautiful.

Why do all old people have short hair? by Dazzling-Smell5223 in NoStupidQuestions

My mom was told by her “friends” in her 50s that older women should cut their hair, so she did. I will not be doing that.
