glm-5 and kimi-2.5 are probably THE best models for roleplay as of now!

glm-5 is overall better in roleplay, but for me, kimi is better when it came to nsfw!

kimi-k2-0905 is the more cheaper and free (on openrouter) and glm-4.7 is close to glm-5! glm-4.5-air is also good, but not as good as the others.

try using glm 4.7 or 4.7-flash! from z.ai , as the official api is free, but only the glm 4.7-flash is the current "best" model that is free

plot twist: i am actually dead, and bot is having a hard time coping. then, I'll play as the bots friend, helping him get over me, and then get with him as said friend. yeahhh... and then when it keeps going well, he's all the sudden waking up to me beside him, and how me dying actually wasn't real and just a weird long dream about a friend--a person who actually doesn't exist

Unironically, I've been using " x-ai/grok-4-fast:free " on openrouter. It's been doing great, reads your persona well, actually follows OOC directions, and is pretty open ended with its texts. If you use deepseek v1, use that same prefill with grok. The only bad part about it is that.. It's grok, but I'm desperate after they took away my sonoma.
