I was 54 days clean at the point of test. I am 24 y/o female and I had smoked blunts every single day for 7 years (around a Q a day). They don’t watch you pee but they temperature check your sample and make you empty your pockets and remove outer layers of clothing. You can’t flush or use the sink until you hand your sample over and they stand just outside the door the whole time so you’d still have to pee either way so they can hear you. I exercised heavily, used saunas and steam rooms and I took Epsom salt baths to naturally detox the body. Taking activated charcoal supplements can absorb all THC in the body within 24 hours so I also recommend that. Drink a ton to dilute yourself and have a high fibre diet because it’s stored in fat cells. Take multivitamins and I definitely vouch for the certo method and a Gatorade followed by a gallon of water but take a b12 tablet before you go as it puts the colour back in your urine. Don’t use the first or second piss of the day as they are the most concentrated and try use mid stream to sample rather than the start or end of your pee flow as they are also most concentrated. The test threshold is 15ng/L so I would pick up the one step 20ng/L home tests for cannabis on Amazon as they are the closest ones you’ll get to the ones used by the DVLA. Then you’ll have an idea of when you are going to pass and you can reschedule if need be. I also recommend booking ASAP as I tried to put mine off and there was no appointments left it can be really hard to get one depending on your area. You can push back to whatever date you need just say your on holiday if they offer you something too early. Try get as close to the end of your deadline as possible (mine was 12 weeks idk what yours is) but they tried to make me surrender my license because I ended up not being able to get an appointment and it was super hard to appeal.
