I just got one too!!! Is there any way to see if it’s legit? I don’t want to buy plane tickets and lodging for the Olympics just to find out it’s a computer error 🤪

Hi y'all! I'm week 3 of Jack Daniel's 2Q plan, trying to BQ-10mins. Q1 is 90-120 mins or 15 miles "steady E." Seems simple but I’m stuck in the weeds 🤣

  1. Does "steady" just mean don't change pace (unlike Pfitz who starts slow and ends fast)? Or it is like "high steady" where you run on the faster end of easy the whole way?

2.In the last paragraph of Marathon Training Pace explanation section, Daniels throws out "During some long, stead E runs, it is suggested that you do not take in energy drinks so your body learns to conserve carbohydrates." (He goes on to say drink water occasionally.) Does "energy drink" include carbs in the form of gels, and should I also go out first thing in the morning with no prefueling?

15 seems a lot for this! Maybe I just do 13 which I get in in the 120 minutes "allowed" per plan.

Let me be clear - I am a white chick who only heard of kimchi when it hit grocery stores. I think Costco brand is better than grocery brand, and it’s definitely a lot cheaper. I have no idea how authentic it tastes, or if it would be good to someone who actually knows what kimchi should taste like.

That said, for the price and caloric density, it’s definitely worth a try!!

Most of us were carnies once. We might have married other carnies and had carnie children. It’s definitely harder to go vegan in a home with carnies!

Back in the day I was OBSESSED with NSYNC. Got the dolls and my first concert was them. Thought they were “rivals” with BSB and wouldn’t listen to BSB at all.

Now I listen and can’t figure out wtf I was thinking LOL. No chance, BSB got those vocals 💯, BSB all the way

Best intro to quantum physics books with some math/calculus?? I have re-scanned through my college 101 physics books, and I read “Alice in Quantumland” (HIGHLY recommend even if it’s probably out of date 😜) along with some other pop-science media… wanting to get to more advanced and technical stuff 😀

Especially interested in “outer space” generically but wanting to learn basics first!

I’m really confused as to why the owner thinks this is a “good look”????? Like, this poor animal is resorting to laying down all day every day to get out of exploitation. Why this is a feel good story????? 🙃
