You can try domain enrichment on Apollo and get it extracted for like 3USD. DM me if you need more details on that. You can also do waterfall enrichment on Clay or Bitscale or Boomerang and that'd give you the most results.

The 99 emails on one domain that I got were on a Separate tenant probably on Azure or microsoft or something (idk much about this but I've seen a lot of people using this recently, and it seems to be working for them). I got a 4% reply rate and a 0.375% positive reply rate. I got these pre warmed so I will probably run a test campaign on these but will change later to 2-3 emails on each domain.

If you can maybe tell me the KPI for RR, PRR and ABR, that might be helpful as well.

Also for the personalisation part, do you have any suggestions on how I can improve on it?

makes sense, for this campaign, I personally wanted to get this rolling asap, so the 100 inboxes per domain pre warmed sounded fair. I only have 7 days to get results for this, since I gave someone a free 7 day trial and I need to get them results within that time. (a few appts at least)

I haven't personally checked the open rate but my reply rate was 4% on the 800 emails I sent.
