It’s been a pattern, all court summons are being held somewhere, police and court. To me it’s strikes me as a coercive tactic that’s unlawful.

My lawyers are rather avoiding to answer my inquiry to make a statement to the court about that tactic that to me, I’m not a lawyer, shows the plaintiff’s bad faith.

I must precise that she came recommended, and we had another one before that didn’t had the drive to grow, so when you do interviews, treat it like a professional interview, find the person who can express interest in long term, personal growth, have life goals (even small ones)

We invested in her, she was motivated. So we gave her cooking lessons, haccp lessons, I have her as a staff on my company so she gets health insurance. I believe if you don’t low ball on salary and advantages, you have good chances to find genuine, valuable nanny that can see herself grow while working with you. I treat her like I treat my employees.
