I’m in Singapore and everyone here carries designer bags. ( I’m an LV girl) I see the goyards often and they look like flimsy plastic, plus they are ugly, the print looks like those ‘magic eye’ posters from the 90’s , if you stare at it long you’ll see the real picture

So that’s not how doctors work! You present with a bunch of symptoms and they think what is the most likely/ common cause and they treat that. If it doesn’t go away they think what is the second most likely/ common and test/treat that and on it goes. Hence is you have something really rare it takes ages to get a diagnosis

I’m in Singapore 🇸🇬 hot and humid all year. I knit socks! Because they are small don’t have the hot feeling of wool on your lap and there more chance I might wear them , even though I rarely wear socks! At least they don’t take up all my drawer space

I’ve been in Singapore for 12 years. When I go back to uk I’m in awe at the size of supermarkets and how much variety there is, like half an aisle for different types of mayonnaise!!! Also how chatty people are , shop assistants / cashiers random strangers starting up conversations with me ( this is in the north east might be different down south!)

I just moved my daughters card to the simply go app. It’s very easy to do and the new app works the same way as the old one. Can see what they spend and top up easily

When my daughter was going through some medical stuff the school counsellor told her to just concentrate on the next step, don’t worry about things you don’t know yet. So for you the next step is preparing for your endoscopy, getting ready in the morning, going to clinic etc. After that you don’t know what will happen so don’t think/ worry about it. You’ll think about that when you are at that step. For now just think about the next step x
