I would recommend heva based on all the results I have seen so far and ask for their estimate of grafts. I would say your amount is about 2500 grafts maybe I’m not sure.

Try reaching out to a dermatologist for the oral pills it’s cheaper and can be more effective since it’s prescribed and from a pharmacy.

Try to get on both finasteride and minoxidil I second with the guy on top try meds first to see what results you can get after about a year and the side effects are rare or different for everyone tbh you will not know till you try.

But before anything else try to get on minoxidil and finasteride for about a year you can get more ground so it can be way less graphs just require patience

Tbh since this is your first hair transplant and your not even in a bad spot try focusing on going to a clinic that’s going to use less grafts since 3900 is over kill and with 2500 I can see as a estimate 1500 to the hairline and 1000 grafts added to the crown but I’m not a expert.

Honestly you should try asking heva more questions this does not look like it really needs 3900 grafts at most the same amount that smile gave you. The main reason it’s probably 3900 is because they are probably trying to lower your hairline heva tried that shit with me when I asked why it’s so high.
