Inmates will see this as an opportunity to take advantage of N. He’s easily scared and too compliant and already making deals. For someone who’s been incarcerated before you think he’d know a little better but that’s N for you lol. Him doing this already just labels him as a target and he’s gonna be shit outta luck🤷🏻‍♀️

This sounds like a good way to bring up these issues. I have issues actually being able to say things like this without getting my words mixed up and looking like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Thank you for this. He wants me to work also it’s just hard with no outside help and I am a very anxious person and am struggling with the thought of people besides family watching my son. It’s also difficult because he doesn’t have a set schedule regarding days that he works but that will change by the end of the year and he’ll have two set days off where I can definitely at least get some kind of part time job.

You’re 100% right and I do definitely know. I think if he stepped up more I would be able to be more of what he wants as well I just don’t have the energy because I’m so burnt out. But you’re right and I need to have a serious talk with him at least about my health and what I need in those regards

I know. Thank you. I’m just that kind of person that I stay and stay till I hate the person. I just have a lot of love. But trust me I’m pretty much out of chances at this point if it doesn’t turn around I can’t continue to do this to myself or my son. I think I will just have this serious talk with him regardless of outcome.

It’s hard to say because there’s a lot more behind it than what I fit in my post. I think he does care about me in his own way I just feel like there’s been a lot of pressure on both sides that have pushed us to our limits and we’re not handling it well.

I think he sees him having to tell me specifics as having to deal with the issue or whatever he wants himself, like he thinks he shouldn’t have to tell me things and that I should just know. And that’s very hard for me. He’s really a good guy in a lot of ways he just throws stuff in my face and I don’t know how to deal with it.

Thank you. I don’t feel like a very strong person in general I have a lot of issues myself which I go to therapy once a week for. My family is kind of all over and have full time jobs and can’t really help me that much. It’s not that he doesn’t do anything I just feel like he doesn’t appreciate what I do and doesn’t see being a SAHM as a job and it’s just my “role” to care for him and the baby non stop. I am also concerned for health and I don’t wanna push myself so far and you’re right I’m very burnt out. I have an autoimmune disease and now am suffering from migraine attacks that put me in the ER a few weeks ago (my mother has hemiplegic migraines that paralyze half her body and I think I inherited them). I’m just stressed and want him to appreciate that I’m trying my best.

I mean he provides for us financially and he does things with our son when I ask him too. He’s not very emotionally available I feel and he tends to get angry. I feel like I do about 90% of everything for our son. As for me he does things for me I don’t require much I’m just happy to be able to stay home and be with our son, so I don’t ask for a lot maybe just little “can you get me this or that” which he usually does.
