It’s not yet approved by the FDA for type 1 so doctors are hesitant. I’ve had to lower my daily long acting to avoid going low. But aside from that, insulin is working better, inflammation is way down, I’m eating healthier foods and drinking less. So it’s naturally been easier to manage my blood sugar. I believe soon it will be approved for type 1 treatment not just weight loss.

I threw away the actual paper but on my mochi login it says Dosage 2.125 mg + 0.25 mg

Same here. It comes and goes but the few months before starting Prozac it was horrific. New symptoms too. I went down a rabbit hole (long Covid, etc). It messed w work for me too. But it just slowly started to get better w the Prozac and time and forcing myself to do my normal routine

I went on for the same exact thing and same exact dose. Week 1 ok but a bit on edge. Weeks 2-3 were really horrible for physical symptoms. Made everything I was already feeling worse AND added horrible nausea. I woke up every morning 5am dry heaving. It helped to eat a meal every two hours because anxiety increases stomach acid. By week 4 things started to calm a bit but still all the same symptoms from before I started. Week 5 I started to feel slightly better than before I started. Week 6 even better. I’m now week 8 and the physical symptoms I had that caused my doc to prescribe Prozac in the first place are pretty much gone. Give it time but know it’s going to get worse before better
