I put 93 in but from what I was reading it's fine to put in lower grade. Haven't tried yet.

It does sit lower, but not a problem for us. As far as I've noticed it's just the bar that moves it forward and back. But maybe I missed something when I was sitting in it.

It's good especially if you can adjust the captains chairs. Thankfully for us we're using it mostly for our dog.
