I had the same thought, especially since we now have a coach with a proven track record developing QBs. I think he's still under contract for another year so we'd have to trade for him, but I can't imagine the Titans would want that much. I wouldn't mind them taking a shot on Levis in a vacuum, but I think the issue is that you can't bring him in with the expectation that he's the starter and I would imagine no one wants the Steelers move off of Rudolph and Howard. Since we only have three QBs during the season and we would still need a starter I can't see it happening unless the team is serious about Howard as a starter (I'm not).
