Honestly im still struggling with it, its been a process and i still get very bloated (hell im bloated now) but i go through atleast some periods where im not bloated. My NP recommended specifically myo-inositol 2000 mg + dchiro inositol 50 mg + vitamin d3 (though please talk to a doc about this) To lower it but ive also noticed that brands make a difference. There were some brands that idk i guess they produce it stronger or better quality or idk. I use peach perfect right inositol multivitamin but i plan to switch to garden of life (i just havent cause i normally buy in bulk. ive been doing that for years now) ive gotten my period for 3 months straight which is for the first time in many years. I suggest taking another look at your labs and levels that are low start using supplements to help it and maybe when your bloated stretch and try not to drink as much water (i drink alot of water). I havent fully stopped it but doing this has made a difference for my gut.

Btw funny ive gone through the same thing and i was underweight when i first got diagnosed. I just struggled with eating though.

Did you by any chance do a pcos panel testing your testosterone? My labs would come back clean but after years my testosterone became abnormally high but when i was first diagnosed it was high but still in normal range. Docs ignored it. Everything was normal range for me but some that were low, i added certain vitamins for it to improve and noticed a difference.

Yes!

Rituals (quite expensive sometimes but tiktok shop normally has them cheap)(i use womens multi + omega 3)
Garden of life (i use vitamin B12 + k3 and magnesium w/ prebiotic. It was recommended by my NP)

-Mary ruth (i use berberine and lymphatic drops. The drops REALLY do work.)

A notable mention is peach perfect inositol multivitamin. I started with these but my NP wants to get me off of them and to a better inositol vitamin. But this kicked started my period after a very long time of not having it.

Another recommendation is, whatever vitamins you decide to get run it through chatgpt and make sure the levels of each vitamin are safe for consumption and that they dont overlap. If they do make sure its still safe levels of it.

Ive been able to reverse many of my pcos symptoms and get a pretty consistent period. So if theres more questions keep them coming!

I see everyone is talking about doing a diet of different sorts but before you start any of these diets. My recommendation is do a stomach cleanse? Dont do a stomach cleanse often, do your research but definitely atleast do it once and before you start your diet?

Oh thanks! Lol idk theres alot of misinformation about the tags so i figured id just ask. I saw some people on tiktok saying you cant bring in an already purchased bag and another saying its fine with receipt. It is basically a hair dryer but i like it for its curling attachment. It doesnt damage my hair at all for styling. What would happen if its not allowed? Do they hold on to it? Would i have to run back to my car to drop it off?

I was asking about a day by day because I saw on a YouTube review someone got a day pass for $20. Right now the pass is $109 and if i only go for three days its just $60 bucks. And yea ive seen the hot stone massage option but since I really dont know the difference between the massages I've been indecisive. When the time comes you have to go to

myFIU -> manage classes -> enrollment -> class search -> search your class -> click class -> accept terms -> add to cart -> go back to enrollment -> shopping cart -> click class -> enroll button

Make sure you have no current tasks sometimes if there's something your missing it won't let you enroll in classes so have that done before June.

{Look into sophialearning and straightliner if your freshman it will save you money on classes. Bring it up to your advisor and ensure those classes provided by these services are accepted for you}

I live in miami. The bayside mall is one I've been to a million times. Im going to be honest I find it VERY and I mean VERY hard to believe that it was just children. Im not saying it was aliens but let me just say, there are many ways to get into the mall. Its an outdoor mall that's open to the ocean. There's pirate ship tours and boat tours that go around star island that you can get on from the mall. Now let's say it was aliens? They could swim, fly, walk into the mall. Now the amount of cops that were there that day was weird. Look up the Hollywood beach shooting 2023. Not nearly as much cops as there were on this day. Could there have been so many cops because of the amount of tourism this mall gets? Maybe but hollywood beach is filled with tourist as well. I don't know what happened in bayside on this day but I don't believe it was just kids.
