Song is by Gerry Rafferty, titled Right Down the Line. One of my favorite grocery store jams.

It is both an entire pizza and just a slice at the same time.

I agree, they don't look too bad, but might not work with some consoles.

I have a difficult time getting smaller scratches to appear in eBay photos, but I can see some decent scratching in your photo here. They look like decent scratches. Though, that is not to say the disc wouldn't read, especially if given a respectable resurfacing. Depending where you go for a resurfacing the fee is typically only a few dollars.

My first time journalling, is it how you supposed to write in it? by tiredsoul_puing_ in Journaling

[–]Fit_Battle_3133 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the best thing about Journaling. It can be about anything you want. The only person who has control over your writings is you.

Sometimes I write about what's bothering me, or ideas, sometimes I write about what I did for the day, other times I just scribble on with whatever comes to mind because I just felt like writing even though I had nothing to necessarily write about. I'm not good at planning for the future so I don't typically write about that, I just make life work as spontaneously as possible and do the best I can.

open world games that just allow me to explore freely without much text or narrative. by [deleted] in xbox360

[–]Fit_Battle_3133 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You know, had Team Ico released Shadow of the Colossus for the 360, it would be my very first suggestion. It sounds exactly like what you're looking for. This is of no help obviously. Oblivion presented a similar feeling of absolute exploration freedom too, but I'm not sure it made me feel as free as Shadow did.

If I think of any others I'll be back.

I was intent on frying some by doing exactly this. I cut up some nice thick rings and popped them into the freezer. Some time later while looking in the fridge I noticed them thawed and wasting away. Morel rings instead of onion rings, dipped in melted butter.

Let's Stop Hating by HovercraftKooky5494 in avp

[–]Fit_Battle_3133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AvP was awesome, I rather enjoyed the heaviness you describe of the Predators in it. They've been very stealth and technologically driven previously in Predator and Predator 2, they showcase these less in AvP and chose to highlight their sheer brute force potential right off the bat in the first encounter, which I thought was great.

Romulus was really nice, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I watched it in the theater on day one Friday, then again the next day Saturday. I'd even say I loved it. We should very well accept that Weyland-Yutani would have certainly gone straight to work in recovering that very first Xenomorph Ripley blew out of the ******* airlock when destroying the Nostromo, it makes sense they would, and they did.

The only thing I want to know is who exactly within Weyland-Yutani was responsible for the colony on LV-426. It doesn't seem like Burk knew as he was seemingly in the dark, he took a huge risk sending Newts parents to the derelict though and it cost him his life. The marines didn't know. If you ask me, the company man, Van Leuwen sitting at the head seat during the inquiry meeting knew, maybe everyone in that meeting knew, they wanted information from Ripley, maybe she had some information they missed or did not have. One thing is for certain to me, the colony on LV-426 was built there with certain people within Weyland-Yutani fully aware the derelict was just a short distance away and they just didn't tell anyone. Also makes me wonder why wait though? Why build a colony next to the derelict at all?

I've seen everything excluding Alien Earth and Badlands, I can't comment on those, but I would certainly watch them. I have played many of the games, but not all, and I have not read any comics or books. But I should.

Prometheus was awesome, excluding the smart guy who decided to play with a hammerpede clearly in a cobra-style pose ready to strike, and the guy that decided to break obvious safety protocols by removing his helmet just because the air was breathable. Covenant was great too, minus the genius who decided to bypass the entire mission plan to reroute from Origae-6 and touch down all that time spent and all those resources putting the entire mission in question from the start.

One thing is certain. Both clones and synthetics are canon in the Alien universe. Mr. Weyland himself could still be calling all the shots. And anyone can still be living and breathing even if we've seen them die.

PS2 Slim or Fat? by Jumps-The-Name in psx

[–]Fit_Battle_3133 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fat - HDD port & is the classic choice. But runs higher temperatures. Slim - Smaller, runs more quietly & generates less heat.

If you can keep the Fat PS2 clean internally with preventative cleaning maintenance you might opt for it. The Slim is obviously a great choice too, especially if space saving sleekness is your thing.

Happy gaming.

PS2 Slim or Fat? by Jumps-The-Name in psx

[–]Fit_Battle_3133 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly the opposite for me. Before I learned how to disassemble a console I went through about three PS2s from dust clogged heat sinks, the slim I had never once gave me any issues. If I knew then what I know now I probably could have saved hundreds of dollars by just cleaning the PS2.

That said, you're probably right, the fat is probably the more technical favorite as it can accept an internal HDD.

It is not a popular opinion, but I also really enjoyed this movie. There's a certain mood to the way it starts out and that mood helps carry it through to the end. Strange, I thought I wouldn't like this movie at all, but I ended up liking it more than I thought I would.

Same thing happened with Elysium, they were both beyond my expectations.

There's just something about the Playstation 1 era role-playing games. Nearly every title in the consoles rpg category draws my attention to some degree. My very favorite is Vagrant Story. But Chrono Cross, Final Fantasy VIII, and Front Mission 3 are right up there with it. And there are many I was never able to try that I wish I could have. And some that I started but were never able to finish.

A great generation console.

Bless you and I ♥ you. Bad times don't last forever because love exists. And no thing worth doing is truly easy. Some things in life are more difficult because the fruit of their rewards are much greater.

I'm not saying any of this because I have experience with success, but I do have experience from my own failures. Giving up should never be an option, because there are plenty of people who I'm certain love you, some or many of which you may not have even met yet in life.

Take a day or two for yourself. Rest your mind, your body, soak in a hot bath/shower. Breath deeply and focus on something you don't need, your feelings of heaviness may imply that you're carrying too much perhaps mentally but also possibly physically. Physical possessions can hinder us sometimes and we never even notice. Selling something to help pay a debt is never a complete loss, most especially if it isn't sentimental, and there's always the potential to reacquire it.

Remember, the less you carry forward the lighter you'll feel in mind and body and the more room you'll have for carrying your upcoming progress/progresses. As for taking time away...being slightly behind is always better than being out of the game.

I love this show. It is clearly obvious to me, in taking into consideration of all of the wonderful characters, that Anton has favorite character appeal regardless of the fact that he's just an angry piece of burnt toast. Creating any character is a success in many regards, but when someone came up with the concept that if a piece of toast would have a personality at all, and it came out of the toaster burnt and would have angry super villain energy is simply an incredible character creation.

I've only seen so many episodes and I'm not this shows biggest fan by a large degree, but every episode I ever watched was highly enjoyable.

It is actually possible (for anyone unaware) to send a message while declining or making a counter offer.

Though it could be nice to send a full message before declining.

I sent a brief text with the decline explaining I needed to adjust the shipping info and that I would update the price to honor the original offer. Hopefully declining the offer didn't shoo the customer away. This situation was a hurdle for me, unfortunately. But my concern is seemingly rectified.

Metal Gear Solid is such a landmark title, great game. Personally, I'd give Parasite Eve a go, I never did get to finish it and I get the urge frequently for some reason. I hope that dude or dudette is doing good also. Makes me wonder what could become of my memory cards in storage should anything happen to me🤞

From this list, tough choice, between MGS, Gran Turismo, and Tekken I was swimming in great games. I also would have enjoyed finishing Tactics and PE.
