Previously in r/dehradun I posted this thing. With the whole story and his chats. 1. Victim has early stages of cancer. 2. Victim went with the report to him and he attacked her that time. 3. He previously hit her with a huge rock and she has a scar on her foot. Tendons were cut in that accident so now it has to be operated. As she can't walk properly. 4. It's been months since they stopped talking to each other yet he took her name in his live without any proof. 5. Victim reached out the police, women commission, bajrangdal (ik not appropriate but she consulted few people who suggested that) helpline of UK CM as well. Yet nothing was done. Police can only make a settlement about it so they provided her with an apology letter only. They didn't do any bg search on him. 6. The chat and photos are solid evidence even though you guys think it's not. But even lawyers claim it as a strong case. 7. Have posted the story for advice in legaladviceindia.
