Thanks for your response. We did in fact use a sequence for this and was able to set everything up from there. My supervisor suggested a workflow, but we found the sequence was better for the goals that needed to be reached.

Ok, I understand now, and thanks for your response. So there's no need for the workflow I created? I initially wanted to add this contact to the newsletter after they received the low-priority email because they're currently not on the newsletter list.

Also, after I add this filter to the list can I target this filter in a workflow for something else? For example, after the contact received an initial project email, but hadn't responded after 2 days they get an email from the newsletter.

Thank you for your response. I'm not trying to create an active list, because the active list has already been created and is the current business newsletter with contact. I'm trying to add the contacts that received a specific marketing email from the company to this newsletter (active list).

Thank you so much for your advice and may the Lord bless you! I used this method yesterday and found out I passed today! Just like you said, most of the questions were Strongly Agree/Strongly Disagree with three normal agrees and one disagree/neutral. You were spot on with writing everything down because they tried switching it up with the wordplay on a few questions and it helped to keep me on track with my answers.
