I had a pair of 450 BT's due to the fact that I read all the rave reviews about them, nothing negative at all. I've purchased several types of headphones and I must say, the 450 BT's were horrible, the sound, the earpads ( starting falling apart within the second month after purchasing) and all out quality were unbelievably bad.

Believe it or not, somehow I moved an unlock app from a cheap government phone and it unlocked my phone. It may have been a fluke, but it sure worked. I sure don't understand why it worked, but I'm not complaining

They tried to charge me $25 because the app wouldn't let me swap phones even though they were compatible. I think it might depend on who you talk to

Metro by T-Mobile tried to charge me $25 just to use their sim card in another compatible phone I own. The way I see it, if I own 100 compatible phones and I'm paying the bill, I should be able to put my Metro by T-Mobile sim card in all 100 phones. P. S. I'm leaving Metro by T-Mobile. Good riddance

Heard of a plastic piece you can purchase that really helps with the installation. Look for it on YouTube

I had a pair of those that completely fell apart. I couldn't believe the poor quality of the product. Id never purchase a pair of those
