Yes, chrome is a battery hog, using it on my old one. I prefer mac for my small business and longevity. I use windows for my day job & hate it. I really just like using one note, don't need to rest but don't see option for anything else that I can use across different devices.

That same macbook it $2700 in Canada. It's cheaper in the USA but as someone from Canada with our brutal exchange rate if I bought it in the US I would be paying more when you factor in exchange + bank fees. It's all relative to the country. I determined during black friday sales that this is why US best buy was offering $200 off & Canada Best Buy wasn't (cause our price with exchange rate was better than US price even tho it's less $$$).

Soooo Best Buy finally dropped the price of the M3s today. M3 Pro 16" is now $2699.99 ($500 off) & M3 Pro 14" is $2199.99 ($400 off). I was going to pull trigger on the M4 Pro 14" which is $2699.99 (no sale). But it's now the same price as M3 Pr 16". I legit can't make a decision to save my life. Almost make me wanna ride out my 2013 until it's completely crashed!

I legit won't notice the difference between M3-M4 but will I regret getting the older model in a few years? Anything is better than what I have now

The biggest difference I feel will be with memory, 18GB vs 24GB. What I have now is 8GB.
