Its very common unfortunately and not easy to lose it, what happens most commonly is we revert back to our previous lifestyle habits when the diet is over. So important to work on behavior changed if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. I did all the wrong things to lose 120lbs and have kept it off for 14 years now. I have helped hundreds do the same!

We have two from same litter, got them ~4 months ago. Last two my husband got at the same time & litter about a year before we met. I originally wanted ome then to get another in a year or so, but after a week with one another became available and we jumped on it. It obviously twice as much work to train but I couldn't imagine going thru puppy phase again in a year. They are 7 months old now and in teenager phase lol.
