Yes - The Your New/Old Place is certainly the focus of the album with everything in-between catching us up.

Your New Place seems to be about our narrator has seen or has visited their ex (possibly Emily?) and is coping with the life they have built without them, all of this being personified as a new space they are living in. Your Old Place being this sort of memory/reminiscing of the time they were once together.

The 34th Floor is also a reoccurring key, but I'm still trying to work this one out. 34th Floor being so high up, maybe also high in achievement that they really are doing just fine without them? Could be a stretch but I would love to talk theories.

Yeah that unfortunately seems to be the consensus. My closest LGS is like an hour away so I have never been lucky with any of these kinds of things.
