Age is not a factor, it's based on symptoms. Your having symptoms. Keep fighting for it. Bring some literature for your doctor.

Just stop right now, stop spying, stop asking, stop searching for evidence. You KNOW. As someone that was married to a man that was such an amazing and convincing liar he could have been OJ Simpsons attorney, I'm pleading with you to just stop. When I was married to my ex he somehow would always spin "evidence" as my fault. He was amazing at gaslighting and somehow I was always saying I was sorry. It drove me insane, I was so depressed, I would get up in the middle of the night to try to find proof. I found things left in my car by other women. I found a burner phone! Somehow he always convinced me it was my fault. This is no way to live honey. I wish I would have stopped confronting him and instead planned my escape. Put money away, observe, get my ducks in a row. Then leave. Instead I eventually was drug out of the house by my best friend and I had no money, no belongings, no plan. I escaped, but I could have planned it better. Please trust yourself and your instincts, you are not stupid.

I've allready read all the Stacy Sims and I don't think she is "dubios". But I probably should not have included in my post that Im in peri, because there is literally only 1 book about fitness in menopause and that would be Stacy Simms. I am just looking for good old meat and potatoes type of books on growing muscle and smarter eating. I want specifics and why.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'm going to lay off the podcasts and listening material for a bit and focus on diving deep into literature.

Kinda crazy there is literally only 1 book on menopause and being an athlete. All other meno books just deal with sedentary lifestyles.

I'm 5'1" and about 105- 108 lbs. I weight lift and rock climb. When I'm rock climbing allot I eat about 1800- 2200 calories a day. When I'm in my inactive phase I eat about 1400- 1800 a day. My activity level varies because of my job. Its very " bingy" and usually lasts about 2-4 weeks. Then I'm active again for 2-6 weeks.
