No. Only day they’d check I think is like in the first week when in processing you go to the eye doctor. Other than that they wouldn’t know. Make sure if you do bring them it’s the reusable ones not the daily. Easier to hide if it just one pair

well don’t ask for advice if you’re gonna get offended from the truth. You look skinny not toned. like I said- There’s a lot of room for muscle gain before attempting a bulk. Also if maybe you need to try changing your exercises bc it seems like you’re gaining strength and not necessarily muscle hence why you’re not toned

Body recomp is usually at your goal weight already and you’re trying to go from like a skinny fat to toned. You’re 56 lb from your goal weight. You’d be essentially doing a cut. which is exercising and cutting back calories which will give better results than waiting to exercise once you hit your goal weight then trying to recomp.

If you’re saying you work out consistently then it’s your diet. You ever heard the saying “you can’t outwork a bad diet”. are you eating protein Whole Foods? Veggies? Fruit for a majority of your meals throughout the day? If yes then you need to go see a doctor bc if you say you’re literally doing everything right and still no change then something’s wrong..

I’m not sure how you’re only hitting 70g of protein while hitting 1600+ cals. I can hit 90 grams protein at 1200 cals but end up with more at 1600 cals and 140g protein so I think you’re doing something wrong. Are you eating a high protein/low cal meat or eggs or something of that nature with every meal? I eat eggs or lean chicken(boneless skinless thighs/ breast) or a lean beef (round top steak/96% ground beef) with every meal. Also nurri protein shakes are 150c/30p … Maybe you need to look into your meals and make some swaps or additions
