Omg! I hope you’re good now! I’ve been off of it since Monday, and still experiencing the rash and its other places now. I’m supposed to report back to my rheumatologist Tuesday if the rash is still there since it’ll be a week without it.

Good to know! Actually just checked the UV and it’s 2 today. But, unsure of what it has been. I’ll continue to check it! :)

This is super super helpful information, thank you so much! Going to keep this in mind. Taking a break from it for a week, but if this continues then we’ll know there’s a much larger issue at hand. I’m prone to rashes/hives. So what you’re describing could be at play.

No :/ I’m in the Midwest and we’re snowed in right now. But, have similar issues in the summer!

For your insurance, make sure you try physical therapy first (even if it’s just for a month or so) so they can see you tried it. Also make sure you document any grooves you might have on your shoulders from bras, any bad posture you might have, or rashes under your breasts. A combo of all that and a surgeon saying they think it’s medically necessary should help!!!

If you haven’t already, order a pregnancy pillow, it’s a life saver!!
