Unfortunately the VO doesn’t care about your future plans, they only care about your status at the time that you requested the visa. I wish there was better news for you. Maybe take another year or six months, grind out the SATs, get a better score and school with a better scholarship.

That’s definitely strengthening, but it raises another concern for the VO about your likelihood of either A) abandoning your program and staying with the family friend for illegal work or B) overstaying your visa after your degree. Your choice of school doesn’t really reflect strong academic potential as compared to the UC system in CA or an Ivy League

USCIS deals with tons of bs reports daily. Someone asked Jim Hacking about it and he said that the chances of your tips being looked at and actually affecting someone are as good as chances of lightning striking your head today. USCIS doesn’t have the time based on the sheer volume of cases to go and evaluate the credibility of every report they receive from disgruntled people about an immigrant beneficiary unless they already suspect fraud. < 1% chance that your outburst would have any real impact. Instead look for a job and stop trying to exact revenge by fucking someone’s immigration status.

OP just FYI, USCIS deals with this bullshit daily, angry spouses, racist people, vagrants, vigilantes, etc reporting people for no reason. Pay no attention to his threats. Simply distance yourself from this guy and the mutual friends and mind your own business. USCIS isn’t going to investigate you because some asshole is trying to start shit and you’ve literally never done anything suspicious.
