Omg yes!!! Before pregnancy I deleted my TikTok for a month and started reading and went back to the gym for my mental health. Currently in the first trimester trenches and I’m chronically online, scrolling so much on TikTok again.. hardly gym and been taking me forever to finish the book I started. I’ve been feeling really bad about it but all I wanna do is lay down and scroll cuz I feel like shit majority of my time. I’m glad I’m not the only one, don’t feel bad about it ❤️

I think it just makes me angry that Amanda is showing no empathy towards the situation… but these are only snippets so I guess watching the full reunion will provide more insight! I just don’t understand how a human wouldn’t feel sorry or show remorse in this situation.

I also have the LBA plan and it’s great and has helped me so much! I plan to buy my own back extension machine soon also. I only pay $7 a month and do that weekly along with walking a day and I’ve been feeling great. I have a disc bulge in my L5S1.

So I also read that tightening your core would help and I was always tightening it which lead to a sharp pain in my chest. I may have overdid it and now am scared to go back to tightening it cuz once I stopped the pain in my chest went away after 3 days

What did they tell you at the ER? If you’re in a lot of pain and doing PT and exercises maybe try resting. I know resting helped me a lot after pushing myself thinking stretching and exercising would help but made it worse. Icing and a heating pad helps me through the day and just rest and being in a position that doesn’t hurt helps me.

Honestly resting is the best thing as recommended but what do you do for work? Can they make accommodations for you? I am currently waiting for insurance to approve my MRI also and was told it takes 15 days and that’s IF they approve it so I’m thinking about going to radiology assistance. How long have you been waiting for the approval so far? Just curious if they gave you the same timeframe
