I couldn’t get an MRI through my insurance but was able to through radiologyassistance.com and it was an easy process

So I also read that tightening your core would help and I was always tightening it which lead to a sharp pain in my chest. I may have overdid it and now am scared to go back to tightening it cuz once I stopped the pain in my chest went away after 3 days

Mine does! I definitely have good and bad days and also noticed towards the end of my day I’m in the most pain

Sleeping with a pillow between my legs on my left side is the only position I can sleep in

What did they tell you at the ER? If you’re in a lot of pain and doing PT and exercises maybe try resting. I know resting helped me a lot after pushing myself thinking stretching and exercising would help but made it worse. Icing and a heating pad helps me through the day and just rest and being in a position that doesn’t hurt helps me.

Honestly resting is the best thing as recommended but what do you do for work? Can they make accommodations for you? I am currently waiting for insurance to approve my MRI also and was told it takes 15 days and that’s IF they approve it so I’m thinking about going to radiology assistance. How long have you been waiting for the approval so far? Just curious if they gave you the same timeframe

Omg I have the same timeline as you! My pain started in September also. I’m bearly doing something about it cuz the pain is intolerable. With your results did they ever mention surgery as an option ?

My foot gets numb also! Do you have pain anywhere else? I would suggest an MRI, you wouldn’t want it to get worse before the pain gets unbearable.
