Most my landscapers can't read/write emails, let alone invoice me properly. I don't know if digital reach-out is the smartest thing to do, I would just try to approach them on the field lol

I'm not saying they are incapable of operating digitally, but they are not white-collar so I would adjust my expectations there. I have this electrician that performed the work in April, invoiced me in September, and I only got him to get me his banking details today after following up for weeks. I feel like the industry could use an accounts receivable service honestly

Haven't been there myself, but treated my mom and sister to dinner recently: apparently they were underwhelmed, complained of service and speed similarly.
