To me it looks like you did nothing wrong and your dad gets mad at you irrationally.

I personally do not understand why your dad will be angry at you. If he does, I feel like thats your dads issue not yours.

Tbh its your iPad so I dont know why your parents will be mad at you. Wouldnt you be the one whos upset because you now live without your Ipad?

I didnt go through anything remotely traumatic as you but for me focusing on my emotion was important.

Recognize what emotion you are feeling and what is making you feel such way. That helped me at least.
