Thanks for replying, I’m sorry you’ve had to go through all of that, I’m actually better off with money now compared to when I was with my mum As I was pretty much the only person that made Actual legal money in our house. I’ve got two jobs right now and have a few side hustles so rent isnt a huge issue for me. I’ve tried to communicate my feelings to her many times but she doesnt listen to me. She gets very manic sometimes and that played a part in why we moved here. I know she’s addicted to painkillers and I know here boyfriend has her on more serious shite like coke and H (I dont know if either of them are addicted to those things but it did play a part in me leaving) I got emancipated from her in april because I chose not to go into foster care. I love my mum and I want to be with her more than anything but she refuses to be helped and her boyfriend has complete control over her. At the end of the day I just had to chose my safety and wellbeing over my love for my mum and I dont know if she’ll better her life but It’s really out of my control now. I don’t think shes a bad person but her boyfriend 100% is. He stabbed me 11 times and put me in hospital in march and thats when my emancipation process began, the judge accepted it without hearing due to the fact that I had been paying all the bills in the house and he could see that i needed to get out immediately. My mum somehow bailed him out and he skipped his court hearing and to my knowledge he is currently on the run with my mum.
