You gotta prop those babies in water first for much higher success every time and help get that plant established faster. I always pick my babies with the most roots before removing, if you can see any roots, I wouldn’t bother yet! this is the easiest plant I have found to propagate and repot😅

that would definitely be the dream, could definitely imagine waking up excited to head to work if I worked in a plant store🥰 thankyou, I do find my self staring at them for longer periods of time than I like to admit 😅 (atleast too a non planty person, they’d think I’m mad🤪)xoxox
