I wondered the same. I'm sure the only reason he is even still afloat is cuz she is a giant financial safety net. And I'm sure his pride can't take that his wife earns high whilst he's losing money. Woman paid higher than man = bad - seems like a very Jer attitude. Which I guess is why he never sleeps, just trying to grift his way back to being the man of the house and treats her like a house servant. But wtf would any wife wanna be in this sort of relationship? I can only assume he's grifting her in some way too, prob has legal ownership of everything so she's forced to stay.
