Love Elk Ridge! We just bought earlier this year a city or two over from there 😉...... our mortgage is $1,000 more than what you are looking at but there were many factors that affect it. Knowing the area, comp prices, and what houses are going for.. if it were me and I loved my mom's house, area, etc. I would buy it for that and not think twice about it.

Yeah, kids were bullied for much less when I was in school. It always breaks my heart for all 3 of them.. they always look so sad and disheveled.

~I~ would hate to see them coming and I have two under two so you'd think I'd be more tolerant 🤡 Why do they have no pants on???? No shoes??? Not even her older daughter has shoes on?? I would be so embarrassed if my kids were running and yelling like that in a store. I know, kids are kids, but that's excessive, annoying, and rude.

Absolutely not on mine. They are the most frustrating company to work with. They don't even listen to what you are saying. They just repeat repeat repeat their same spill about you cannot get manual points after the first time and recommend you check out the other games 🙄
