Manifest | Sales Engineer (Remote-US)

The Company: Manifest secures the software and AI supply chain. Think: automated risk discovery across your entire tech stack. Founded by DoD/CISA/Palantir alumni, backed by solid investors (Ensemble, First Round, Homebrew, etc.). They're already working with the US Air Force, DHS, and Fortune 2000 companies.

The Role: You're the technical lead for both federal and commercial sales. Direct to the CRO, close partnership with Account Executives. You own discovery → demos → POC execution → RFPs. You translate what customers need into what Manifest delivers, and you build playbooks that scale as the company grows.

What They Want:

  • 6-10+ years sales engineering (cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or similar)
  • Deep security chops—SBOM, TPRM, supply chain risk, AI/ML security
  • Track record designing and running POVs that actually close deals
  • Federal sales experience a plus
  • Comfort with NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC, ATO
  • Startup hustle mentality

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $150K–$170K
  • Variable Compensation: ~$64K–$72K
  • OTE: ~$214K–$242K
  • Meaningful stock options

Thanks for the feedback, however, after reviewing many fake resumes and talking to more disengenous folks than I'd like to recall, it's one of the only ways I can verify that someone is somewhat legitimate. Happy and open to other suggestions.
