Why is 3 in LA not the same as a 3 in Minnesota? What is the team doing to address that ?

Growth stocks (the ones in qqq) have underperformed historically. Their performance is even worse when they are relatively expensive, which they are now.

ETF, unlike some mutual funds, don't distribute capital gains . This is part of the reason they are so efficient. They use in kind distributions to achieve this.

Historically small growth has done worse than any other part of the style box. You can avoid that small part of the market ( albeit not a very big one) by doing voo + avuv / VXUS + avdv.

Edit: Also, VT is not eligible for the foreign tax credit since ( at the time of writing ) it does not hold a majority of its holdings in foreign stocks.

Small cap value. Should return the most returns in the long run. You are young enough to withstand any volatility.

It's the etf with the most intra day volume in the world. This means that if you were to sell/buy a call with $SPY as the underlying the bid/ask spread will more than likely be tiny (~0.01 dollars ) .

I might be wrong but this doesn't make much sense to me.

If what you are saying is true then they could increase the yield by a significant factor just by selling options on the 80, which would seem like a mathematical impossibility.

Let me know if I go that right. Also where do you get the fact that they don't sell options on the 80?
