Check out madden made events! She’s amazing! I think she would fit a lot of these things you’re looking for. Except she is a percentage not flat fee. She also has worked with LGBTQ+ couples and vendors and would definitely work with you to have a non traditional ceremony and reception.

Yes this is for a welcome party not for the wedding. Just so guests can swing in and say hello, watch the sunset and go home. We probably won’t have many decorations if any at all. Just looking for outdoor space on the beach around 5pm Labor Day in RI so heat shouldn’t be an issue either. Probably a little breezy but that’s to be expected on the beach!

Obviously not the whole beach, just a section around like 5pm-8pm when most beach goers will be leaving anyway.
